SEO/SEM Analyst - Norwalk, CT - Marketing

Position Overview:

We are looking for an SEO/SEM analyst to join the Aventri Digital Marketing Team. You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing our SEO and Paid Advertising activities. Our online presence is extremely important for the success of our business. Your position will play a pivotal role in driving our future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help plan, develop and implement our SEO and Paid Advertising strategy (link building, content strategy, keyword strategy …)
  • Perform thorough keyword research on a regular basis
  • Perform and audit SEO performance reports on a regular basis (page load speed, keyword rankings, link reports, site crawlability reports)
  • Work closely together with our web developers and marketing team to properly implement SEO best practices
  • Keep a constant pulse (and keep the marketing team updated) on the latest Digital Marketing trends and best practices.
  • Track, report and analyze website analytics, traffic reports and PPC initiatives/campaigns
  • Analyze and interpret tends, providing actionable insights based on data
  • Support the Digital Marketing team in planning new quarterly and yearly top-level marketing strategies


Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • A strong ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company growth
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Experience as a Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Experience with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
