The successful candidate’s role will be to work within the Professional Services team. You will be focused on developing and delivering innovative training programs to our varied customers. We want someone who has experience developing/delivering training programs on technology platforms with the ability to understand a customer’s workflow requirements and align it with the software’s functionality. The end goal is to have customers who are well versed in our modules to maximize usage and explore all the benefits the system offers.
You will be very technology focused, have a good understanding of, or willingness to learn digital technology within the events industry. It is essential you are a team player and willing to ‘go the extra mile’ for customer satisfaction.
This role will be perfect for someone who is forward-thinking, loves a fast-paced environment; who isn’t afraid of change, and who loves building from the ground up. Fit with the team and the Company’s culture is imperative.
Up to 50% travel is required. Travel will vary throughout the year depending on customer commitments and job responsibilities.
